Also, I'm not exactly sure what the scene is, but I think if the door was barely cracked open when he looks over at it, it would give it a more eery feeling because then you could tone down the rest of the picture (instead of it looking like it's mid daylight) and put a light source coming through the crack in the door.
Also huge, is that you have it all lit up when you see him in his room, but then when he is standing in the doorway, all of a sudden his room is pitch black and the hall is lit up. Careful about being consistent with your light sources.
and if you want to make something creepy, think of it from a child's perspective. All of a sudden shadows become large and scary. (perhaps some shadows from something outside his window, or a fading shadow of the creature that was in his room in the previous image.
and I may be getting to picky (but since you asked for critiques) the angle you are seeing the handle from is not the same as you are seeing the rest of the room, in that it appears that you are looking at the room straight on, but the handle makes it look like you should be standing a little to the right.
Anyway, that's it, obviously I'll let you can pick through that and decide what you want to do.
Besides all that I love how the doorway carries over into the other frames, and his facial expressions are perfect! also the details on the wall and bed are really great, so simple, but still detailed.
Nothing else will suffice.
